RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges as long as the products are still in original and resaleable condition (i.e. With tags, dirt and odour free).
We do not give refund if you have a change of mind, instead you will be given a credit purchase for your next purchase.
Return or exchange claims are to be made within 14 days after days of goods received. You must contact our customer service by email to email@example.com within the period.
Please provide the following information ready when you contact customer service:
- Order Number,
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return
Non – returnable items
For the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept returns for certain items.
This applies even though the items are still original packaging.

- Compression shorts/pants
- Groin cups
- Training mask
